VISA GRANT

I refer to your application for a class (DD), 880 Skilled Independent Overseas Student visa, and am pleased to advise that on 5 January 2006, a decision was taken to grant you a permanent residence visa.

VISA EVIDENCE

To have this visa evidenced, the visa holder/s should present this letter with a valid passport at any local DIMIA office.

VISA VALIDITY

The applicant is now permitted to enter and leave Australia as many times as required until 5th January 2011. After this date the visa holder must obtain a resident return visa if he/she is travelling overseas, and intending to return to Australia as a permanent resident. Please read the paragraphs on leaving and returning to Australia.
